To mark the Year of Jewish Culture in Saxony TACHELES 2026, the Mendelssohn House is devoting itself intensively to the music of composers of Jewish origin and influence. The concert series presents eleven programs highlighting the special and diverse significance of Jewish life stories for music history, commemorating not only famous names but also persecuted and forgotten artists.
