Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution with which we are able to manage what are called website tags via an interface and thus integrate other services into our online offer. The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) therefore does not yet create user profiles or store cookies, for example. Google only obtains the IP address of the user, which is necessary to run the Google Tag Manager. Sentry Error Tracking
We use the Sentry service (Sentry, 1501 Mariposa St #408, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) in a local installation to improve the technical stability of our application. The software helps us to react to display errors on our website without the visitor having to report them. In the event of errors, we log the IP address, the operating system / browser used, steps that led to the error, and HTTP headers. Sentry serves only these purposes and does not analyse any data for other purposes. User data, such as information about the device or the time of the error, are collected anonymously and are not used in a personalised manner and subsequently deleted. The data are stored on our own server in Germany and not transmitted to third parties. For further information, we refer to Sentry's privacy policy: https://getsentry.com/privacy/.

SSL encryption
In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods. The data is transmitted between you and the website using TLS via HTTPS.

Contact form
If you contact us with any questions by email or through the contact form, you thereby give us your consent to contact you. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a valid email address. This email address is used to allocate the request and the subsequent response to it. Providing any further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. After your request has been processed, your personal data will be automatically deleted.

Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts and Google Maps Javascript API)
In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across all browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.

We use the Google Maps Javascript API to visually display geographical information.

Accessing script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. No cookies are set in the process.
The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
According to Google, the visitor's IP address and browser identifier ("user agent") are stored for nine months.

Detailed instructions for managing your own data in connection with Google products can be found here.
